Privacy, Terms & Refunds
Last updated October 28, 2026
WiFiCamper and CamperFi are brands of TrekkerPlanet TRVL, LLC. These policies cover WiFiCamper campground WiFi and CamperFi prepaid mobile service. Use the links below to jump to the one that applies to you.
Privacy Policy · WiFi service
TrekkerPlanet TRVL, LLC, which operates the WiFiCamper brand ("WiFiCamper," "we," "us"), provides pay-as-you-go internet access at participating campgrounds. This policy explains what information we handle when you use the service or visit this website.
Information we collect
- Connection information. Technical details needed to run the service, such as your device's network identifier (MAC address), connection start and end times, the plan you purchased, and approximate data usage.
- Payment information. Payments are collected and processed by our third-party payment processor on the page you reach after scanning the QR code. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Contact information. If you email, call, or submit the campground partnership form, we receive the details you provide (name, email, phone, message).
- Website information. Standard server logs and basic analytics such as pages viewed and browser type, if analytics are enabled.
How we use it
- To provide, secure and support your internet access, and to enforce plan limits (duration, number of devices, speed).
- To process payments, prevent fraud and abuse, and respond to support requests.
- To improve reliability, understand demand, and report usage to the participating campground (in aggregate, such as number of passes sold).
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not require an account. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the service (for example, our payment processor and network software providers), with the participating campground in aggregate form, or when required by law.
Using shared WiFi
As with any shared network, we recommend using HTTPS websites and a VPN for sensitive activity. We cannot guarantee the security of information you send over any network.
Retention, your choices and contact
We keep connection records only as long as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. To ask what we hold about you or to request deletion, email camper@wificamper.com. The service is intended for adults; we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Terms of Service · WiFi service
By connecting to WiFiCamper, you agree to these terms.
The service
WiFiCamper sells time-limited internet access passes at participating campgrounds. Each plan has a stated duration, speed and device limit. Passes are for personal use and cannot be resold or transferred.
Availability and speeds
Speeds shown are plan maximums, not guarantees. Satellite internet can be affected by weather, obstructions, congestion and maintenance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful activity, to harass others, to distribute malware, to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the network or other users, or to use it in a way that unreasonably degrades service for other campers. We may suspend access for violations.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, WiFiCamper is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the pass at issue.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will post the new date above. Questions: camper@wificamper.com or (212) 390-0206.
Refund Policy · WiFi service
We want every pass to work. If you paid for a pass and could not use it because of a problem on our end, email camper@wificamper.com or call (212) 390-0206 with the campground, the time of purchase and the email or receipt from your payment. We will review it and provide a refund or replacement pass where appropriate.
Refunds are generally not available for passes that were used successfully, or for slowdowns caused by weather or by the device or software you were using. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment processor.
This refund policy applies to WiFi passes only. Refunds for CamperFi mobile service are governed by the CamperFi Mobile Terms of Service, where prepaid service periods are generally final and non-refundable.
CamperFi Mobile Terms of Service
Terms last updated October 27, 2026
This is a summary of the key terms of CamperFi, the prepaid mobile service brand of TrekkerPlanet TRVL, LLC. The full Terms and Conditions (28 sections) are at camperfi.mvnoinabox.ai/terms and control if anything here differs.
Who provides the service
CamperFi prepaid wireless service is sold in the United States by TrekkerPlanet TRVL, LLC, which operates both the CamperFi and WiFiCamper brands, is the contracting party, and provides customer support. We do not own or operate the network. Service is delivered through third-party telecom providers, supported by a wireless network enabler. Those providers are not parties to your agreement with us, and we may change providers or technology, which could require a new SIM or eSIM or a different device. Your agreement includes the Terms, your plan details and checkout information, the Privacy Policy, and any promotion terms you accept. You accept the Terms by purchasing, activating or using the service.
Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter a binding contract. You must give accurate information, including a valid U.S. service address. The account holder is responsible for all use of the line, including by family members and others, and for telling every user about the 911 limitations below.
Plans and pricing
| Plan | Price per month |
|---|---|
| Unlimited Talk & Text + 4GB + Intl | $23.00 |
| Unlimited Talk & Text + 5GB + Intl | $28.00 |
| Unlimited Talk & Text + 8GB + Intl | $33.00 |
| Unlimited Talk & Text + 15GB + Intl | $42.00 |
| Unlimited Talk & Text + 30GB + Intl | $45.00 |
- A service period is one month, paid in full in advance. Prices exclude taxes and government fees unless checkout says otherwise.
- Allowances reset each monthly cycle, and unused minutes, messages and data expire at the end of the cycle. Allowances have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
- "Unlimited" talk and text means no fixed numerical limit on domestic voice or text for ordinary personal use, subject to the Acceptable Use Policy, network limits, and the fair-use policy of 10,000 minutes and 10,000 SMS per month stated on the CamperFi website.
- No current plan includes unlimited high-speed data. "High-speed" is not a guaranteed speed, and after your allowance is used, data is limited for the rest of the cycle.
- Price changes apply to future purchases only and never increase what you already paid for a service period in progress.
Payment, AutoPay and taxes
There is no annual contract and no early termination fee. Plans do not renew automatically. You can renew manually before your service period ends or optionally enroll in AutoPay, which charges your payment method until you cancel it. Canceling AutoPay does not cancel service, and the line stays active until the paid period ends. AutoPay does not guarantee uninterrupted service, since a declined or expired card can cause a renewal to fail. Charges include applicable taxes and government fees, including prepaid wireless 911 fees. You receive an electronic receipt for each purchase, and no monthly bills are issued. Billing disputes must be raised with customer support within 60 days of the charge.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time by contacting customer support. Unless you ask for immediate deactivation, a canceled line stays active through the end of the paid service period. All payments for prepaid service periods are final and non-refundable, including if you never activate or fully use the service, cancel early or port out, and there are no prorated refunds or credits for unused time or allowances. Exceptions are refunds required by law and charges made in error, such as duplicate charges or a renewal charged after you canceled AutoPay.
SIM, eSIM and compatible devices
Activation requires a compatible device and a CamperFi SIM or eSIM. Your device must be unlocked or permitted by its current carrier to use the network, support the required network technologies and bands (including voice over LTE for voice), and not be reported lost, stolen or tied to fraud. Keep your eSIM QR code or activation code confidential, and do not delete an eSIM profile unless you plan to stop using the line on that device. We do not finance or lease devices.
Coverage and network limits
Service is available only where the network provides coverage, which is not everywhere in the U.S. Coverage maps are estimates, not guarantees. 5G is used only where it is available and supported by your device, and 5G does not guarantee any speed. Terrain, buildings, weather, congestion, maintenance and outages can all cause dropped calls, slow data or loss of service.
Data and network management
All cellular data counts toward your allowance, including browsing, streaming, apps, updates and background use. Wi-Fi data does not count. Hotspot and tethering are available only as the plan details describe. The network is shared, and during congestion some traffic may be prioritized and CamperFi customers may be prioritized below other users. Details are in the Open Internet disclosure.
Calling, texting and international
Calls and texts are permitted to and from U.S. numbers. Some numbers are excluded or blocked, such as premium-rate and satellite numbers. Every current plan includes calling from the U.S. to eligible international destinations, and the list may change. International roaming, calls made outside the U.S. and international texting are not included. Your line may not work outside the U.S. Service-related calls and texts are also covered by the Telephone & Text Message Terms.
Phone numbers and porting
You do not own your phone number, though you may port it under applicable law. To port a number in, you must be the account holder (or authorized by one), your current account must be active, and you need your account number and transfer PIN. The transfer completes only when your current provider releases the number, and timing is not guaranteed. You remain responsible for anything you owe your current provider. Porting a number out cancels that line, and refunds follow the refund terms above. If a line is deactivated and the number was not ported, the number may be released and reassigned.
Expiration, suspension and termination
Service runs through the end of the period you paid for. If it expires without renewal, the line may be suspended or restricted and later deactivated. We may also suspend, restrict or end service for violations of the terms, suspected fraud, declined or reversed payments, unverifiable identity, threats to the network or other customers, legal requirements, or if a plan is discontinued or service can no longer be provided in your area. Where practicable and lawful, we will give notice first and a reasonable chance to fix the problem. Unused allowances are forfeited on termination.
Acceptable use
Service is for lawful, personal, non-commercial use. Prohibited uses include fraud or spoofing to defraud, unsolicited bulk or automated messages, application-to-person messaging or verification-code services, call-center use, reselling the service, a line or a SIM, providing internet access to others, machine-to-machine or server use, cryptomining, placing a SIM in a router or modem, network attacks or unauthorized access, traffic pumping, altering a SIM, using non-compliant signal boosters, and use inconsistent with ordinary personal use. We may warn, limit, suspend or terminate service and may report suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement.
Emergency services and 911
911 calls work in the U.S. regardless of plan and do not use your allowance, when your device is on and connected to the network. Your location information may be missing, delayed or inaccurate, and calls can fail or be routed to the wrong center because of no coverage, congestion, outages, a dead battery or software updates. Wi-Fi Calling requires a current street address on your account. Text-to-911 is available only where local authorities accept it, and voice is the most reliable way to reach 911. Wireless Emergency Alerts are not guaranteed. Outside the U.S., 911 may not work.
Account security
Protect your passwords, account PIN, number transfer PIN and eSIM activation information. We require identity verification before SIM, eSIM or account changes. Report a lost or stolen device immediately. The account holder remains responsible for use before notice, to the extent the law allows. Verification codes from other services sent to your line may be at risk if your line is compromised.
Disclaimers, liability and disputes
Service is provided "as is" and "as available," is not fail-safe, and should not be your only means of communication where an interruption could cause injury or loss. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected line's service period in which the claim arose, and indirect and consequential damages are excluded. This limit does not apply to fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or liability that cannot legally be limited. You agree to indemnify us and our providers against third-party claims arising from your violation of the acceptable use policy or law, fraud, or infringement. If you have a concern, contact customer support first with your name, phone number, account email, a description of the problem and the resolution you want. You may bring an individual claim in small claims court and may contact the FCC (consumercomplaints.fcc.gov or 1-888-225-5322), your state attorney general or your state public utility commission. Mandatory consumer protections are preserved.
Changes and notices
We may change the Terms, plans, allowances, features, prices for future purchases, providers and services. Updated Terms are posted with a new "Last Updated" date, and we give any notice the law requires. Changes cannot increase the cost of a service period you have already paid for. Notices may be sent by email, text, your online account, mail or website posting, and electronic notices take effect when sent or posted.

Service communications
When you give us a mobile number, you allow us and our providers to contact you about your account and service. We may contact you by phone call or text, using automated technology or an artificial or prerecorded voice. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
Marketing communications (optional)
Marketing consent is a separate checkbox that is optional and unchecked by default. If you check it, you agree to receive marketing and promotional calls and texts from us, our affiliates and our marketing partners. The stated scope covers wireless plans, upgrades, discounts, devices, accessories and rewards, and also offers for financial services and debt-relief services. Messages may use automated dialing, prerecorded or artificial voice, and SMS/MMS where permitted by law. Consent is not a condition of buying any goods or services. By checking the box you confirm you are the subscriber or an authorized user of the number.
Stopping messages
- You can revoke consent at any time. Reply STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE to a text, or ask not to be contacted during a call.

- We process opt-out requests within the period the law requires, and may send one non-promotional message to confirm.
- Opting out of marketing does not cancel your wireless service, and we may still send important account information by email, the customer portal or another permitted channel.
- If you stop using or transfer your number, update your account promptly so messages are not sent to someone else.
Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
